crafty friday, decoupage pumpkins
this was a very special crafting project because the leaves you see are the leaves gathering and pressed straight from our vacation to maine and new hampshire. left : these were lovingly gathered by our sweet two-year-old nephew from his yard. right : i carefully picked these during our marginal way walk in ogunquit.
so, basically i first glued them on with hot glue, then used mod podge to protect and enhance the colors. i chose to use decorative pumpkins so that we can enjoy and be reminded of our family vacation together every year when we bring them out.
