• chills to the sound of us singing “happy birthday” to her.


• squealed while playing with her jungle gym.


• had her first babysitter experience with our neighbor, mandy.


• started to half smile at random times. 


• diagnosed as an “air swallower”.


• unmistakably knows when mama is in the room or isn’t.


• graduated from newborn to 3 month clothing.


• weighs 11 pounds, 7 ounces.


• came down with a bad case of baby acne.


• hello blue eyes!!!

fall decor

fall is our favorite time of the year; for adam i think it reminds him of back home in maine, for me it means i get to decorate with all my favorite colors. this year we're hosting a small fall potluck with close friends and family and can't wait to get started with the menu next.

p-patch family fun

ok, so fun wouldn't exactly describe our outing to the local fall venue of orange goodness; more "memorable" and "amusing" as we'll look back in years to come i'm sure. between my son's inability to listen to my instructions and my daughter's total colic meltdown prior to our arrival...my patience was shot, not to mention my ability to hold back the frustrated tears.

but eh...it happens...right?! life.

• loves bath time.


• enjoys snuggle time with brother. 


• still not a fan of the binky.  


• favors car rides with daddy, especially late at night when mama needs a break.
