Adam: Mmm, ice-cream sounds good.
Mel: Mmmhmm.
Adam: Do you want me to go to the store for some?
Mel: Um, I don't know.
Adam: Would you have some if I went?
Mel: Sure.
Adam: What kind do you want?
Mel: Anything you want, it's only for you.
Adam: You don't want any?
Mel: Well...maybe, just a few bites.
Adam: riiiiiiight!
...15 minutes later and enjoying a bowl of Chocolate Peanut Butter ice-cream!
